Whisper-quiet revolving door operators for automating doors

Swing Door Operators

Our universally applicable drive system for the automation of revolving doors is distinguished by its sophisticated technology, a compact design and especially its characteristic whisper-quiet operation. Due to its various configuration options, this drive system meets all kinds of requirements.

Variants:

  • Full power – the standard application for automating revolving doors. The versatile application spectrum is due to the on-site adjustable resilience from EN 4 to EN 6.
  • Low energy – the ideal configuration in environments where passenger safety is important, for example in hospitals and residential / care complexes.
  • Inverse – for safe opening of the doors, even in the event of a power failure.
  • Fire – approved for use with smoke and fire doors.
  • Underground drive – due to its modular construction and flexibility in adapting to existing doors, the Record C127 can be used for the most diverse applications.

Record DFA 127 FIRE - Automatic door operator for smoke & fire resistant revolving doors

The drive is distinguished by its sophisticated technology, a compact design and especially its whisper-quiet effect for Record. Thanks to these properties, this is the ideal access solution for many door situations, both for interior and exterior doors. It is a very suitable drive for use in homes, office buildings, hospitals and airports.

The DFA 127 FIRE is certified for smoke and fire-resistant doors and can be used with various smoke-resistant and fire-resistant profile systems. The drive can be connected to the fire alarm system. An optional “stand alone” control makes it possible to connect the drive to smoke and heat detectors.

The DFA 127 FIRE can be operated by means of sensors, control panels, various pushbuttons or hand transmitters. Touching the door is therefore not necessary at all, which also contributes to a hygienic environment!

Record DFA 127 FULL POWER - Powerful automatic drive for swing doors

The drive is distinguished by its sophisticated technology, a compact design and especially its whisper-quiet effect for Record. Thanks to these properties, this is the ideal access solution for many door situations, both for interior and exterior doors. It is a very suitable drive for use in homes, office buildings, hospitals and airports.

The versatile application spectrum is due to the variably adjustable spring force from EN 4 to EN 6 on site. The different spring forces can be adjusted quickly and precisely. This makes it possible to automate wooden, steel or aluminum revolving doors to a certain width / weight ratio of the door.

In the event of a power failure, the door can be easily operated by hand and the machine functions as a self-closing door closer. As soon as the door is again supplied with voltage, the machine itself will start up with a control loop.

The DFA 127 Full Power can be operated by means of sensors, control panels, various pushbuttons or hand transmitters. Touching the door is therefore not necessary at all, which also contributes to a hygienic environment!

The ‘master-slave’ module can be used for the double-wing automated revolving door operators. This is a control module that electrically controls the closing sequence when the door leaves overlap.

Record DFA 127 INVERSE - Automatic revolving door for escape route doors & smoke or heat extraction

The drive is distinguished by its sophisticated technology, a compact design and especially its whisper-quiet effect for Record. Thanks to these properties, this is the ideal access solution for many door situations, both for interior and exterior doors. It is a very suitable drive for application in office buildings, hospitals and catering establishments.

The DFA 127 INVERSE is characterized by the safe opening of revolving doors, even in the event of a power failure. A compression spring integrated into the housing is tensioned during the motor-controlled closure. If smoke fills the building, the fire panel will control the machine and the DFA 127 INVERSE will reliably open. This makes the DFA 127 INVERSE extremely suitable for emergency exit doors and the supply of fresh air for the removal of smoke and heat.
Thanks to the integrated self-checking microprocessor, the door will stop during resistance during opening. The machine will make three more attempts to open the door, after which the door will close. The next opening takes place at a reduced speed to check if there is another obstacle. If the door experiences resistance during closing, the door opens immediately. The machine will close the door again, but in a reduced speed. This continues to do the machine until the blockage has disappeared.

Record DFA 127 LOW ENERGY - Extra safe drive system for automatic swing doors

The drive is distinguished by its sophisticated technology, a compact design and especially its whisper-quiet effect for Record.

The DFA 127 LOW ENERGY has a limited kinetic energy of 1.69 joules. This creates no danger for persons when they are in the range of movement of the door. Even without the use of additional safety sensors. The use of this variant revolving door drive is ideal in environments where the safety of (vulnerable) people is important. Think of people who can move slowly and have low reaction capacities, for example in hospitals, nursing homes, homes, etc.

The revolving door drive can be operated as required by means of sensors, control panels, various pushbuttons or hand transmitters. Touching the door is therefore not necessary at all, which also contributes to a hygienic environment!

The ‘master-slave’ module can be used for the double-wing automated revolving door operators. This is a control module that electrically controls the closing sequence when the door leaves overlap.

Record C 127 - In the floor concealed revolving door drive

The Record C 127 floor-mounted drive for revolving doors adds another application type to the DFA 127 product range that has proven its worth for years. Experience, expertise and reliable humidity technology from Record are combined in the development of this revolving door drive. Due to its modular construction and flexibility in adapting to existing doors, the Record C 127 can be used for the most diverse applications. Since it is extremely quiet and has a high thrust, even heavy doors up to 400 kg can be easily driven.

The concealed drive offers flexibility in the design for the sophisticated architect. The system is easy to maintain and sunk into the floor – if necessary under the floor covering – and harmoniously fits into the entrance.

The door leaf is operated by means of a lever arm, either directly where the lever arm can function at the same time as a lower door mounting, or with the aid of a sliding arm as required in case the doors are already hinged.
